Description

Regression of fixing warSourceExcludes now it is impossible to exclude stuff from the generated archive.

We should add something like packagingExcludes

Added packagingExcludes that does the Job. Updated Javadoc and documentation to make sure warSourceExcludes is not used for that purpose.
