Description

New mojo that switches dependencies from -SNAPSHOT to the corresponding release version.

Needs to only apply to those dependencies that match includeGroupIds/includeArtifactIds/excludeGroupIds/excludeArtifactIds

Needs to ignore dependencies from the reactor
