Breadcrumb links do not all work on layout sample pages

Description

The breadcrumb navigation contains:

Apache / Maven / skins / maven-fluido-skin / Apache Maven Fluido Skin IT, sidebar layout

However, only the 1st two links (i.e. Apache / Maven ) actually work.

Yes, the breadcrumbs in the site.xml files of the ITs are wrong. They use absolute links, which won't work there.

I think this is a general problem with example pages. Also, right now integration-tests are abused to generate these pages. There must be better way to solve this, but at a higher level.

btw. problem is relative links instead of absolute when copying these pages to the target/site.
