Description

I would like to see something like:
<section name="Some Long Description" href="desc">
be allowed in xdoc.

The 'href' attribute can be optional-- if it does not exist, then the section name can be used as the anchor, as usual. If it is present, then the contents of the href attribute should be used instead.

Note that we added an id attribute (not href) to sections and subsections in the m1 xdoc plugin, see http://maven.apache.org/maven-1.x/plugins/xdoc/reference/xdocs.html#Referencing_sections_and_subsections.
