Description

The automatically generated documentation does not seem to detail the properties of a <relocation/>

In particular, by analogy, I expected to be able to say <includes> instead of <excludes>, but it is rejected. if there is doc for the attributres of as PackageRelocation I'm failing to find it.

thanks for the pointer. It would, in my opinion, be good if the goal documentation could somehow pull this in.
