Description

set components/harmony 's logging.properties to WARNING. Then it can pass dacapo-bach-9.12.jar, fop test. The info logging scrambles the stderr.log

It is a dirty trick,but effective. I use jdwp to step java, and find it print out info log, and just doesn't display it.
