switching timezones seems to confuse RSS

Description

I did the following on my laptop:

  • stopped running Archiva
  • worked offline for a while
  • switched timezones on my laptop
  • rebooted, restarting Archiva in the process

I ended up with 400 updates in my RSS feed, dating back to September.

I'm not sure if this is a feed reader problem because the times changed zone, or whether Archiva is setting them incorrectly.
