Archiva doesn't read metadata file for SNAPSHOTS with webdav

Description

When the snapshot repository doesn't contain -SNAPSHOT files but timestamped files with a metadata file that describe the timestamp and build number to use, Archiva doesn't locate files artifactId-1.0-timestamp-buildnumber.pom

I'm surprised by this, since I use it all the time. Is this only through the webdav interface?

(if not, it might be a particular edge case, or a failure during scanning... but again I haven't seen that)
