one notable reference is the URL rot13'd into the banner 
However we should look at adjusting the packages and any other references that maybe in the webapp. I think I've already finished with the site.

I think we can change the packages later - we do need to fix that crazy banner though. Maybe time we lose the alpaca...

Does this include re-packaging all the archiva modules from org.apache.maven.archiva.* to org.apache.archiva.*?
