Description

1) start a new archiva instance
2) delete all remote repositories
3) create a proxy connector (the remote repo list is empty)
4) add the connector

steps 3 and 4 should not be possible

This patch disables the Add link if there are no remote repositories defined.

Howzit guys
I am just finding out if there are any pre-requisites that I missed when submitting the patch ?
I would really like to contribute to Archiva because I think it is a really useful project. If there was anything that I missed, please could you let me know here so that I know what to take into consideration for the next patch.

Are you able to fix up the formatting of that patch and write some unit tests for your modifications to the ProxyConnectorsAction ?

Otherwise, this patch is good to go
