Steps:
1. Click on Network Proxies on the menu to the left of the screen
2. Click on Add Network Proxy
3. Enter valid values except for Identifier which would contain no value or just spaces.
4. Click on Save Network Proxy

No error is displayed and network proxy will be added even without an identifier.
