Repository problem is kept in database even though its related artifact has been already removed

Description

I've noticed the Show Report functionality always displays repository problems of artifacts that have been already removed. In my opinion, it should not since its associated artifact does not exist anymore.
No repository problem is ever purged causing the report to get bigger and bigger.

I've made some code changes and it seems the issue is fixed now.
Please have a look at the patch file and let me know your comments.

FYI one of the patch files (archiva-mrm-692-over-mrm-622.patch) includes patch information from another issue (MRM-622).

Please ignore the patch file named as archiva-mrm-692-over-mrm-622.patch. The other one should be enough.
