Changing the internal repository directory has no effect

I changed the directory for the internal archiva repository from the default setting

{ARCHIVA_HOME}

/data/repositories/internal

to a different location. But new dependencies were still downloaded to the default/old directory.

But after I restarted archiva everything is fine.
