Changes aren't saved when updating Archiva Managed Snapshot Repository

Description

Steps:

1) Log in as admin.
2) In the left menu, under Administration, click Repositories.
3) Edit Archiva Managed Snapshot Repository.
4) Since this is a snapshot repository, uncheck Releases Included.
5) Click Update Repository.

Notice that "Releases Included" is still set to "True" for Archiva Managed Snapshot Repository.

Noticed that when you edit Archiva Managed Snapshot Repository, "Releases Included" is always set to True.

There is an issue regarding the checkbox tag in webwork if the default value is 'true'.

There is a fix for this but I think it's on Struts 2, see https://issues.apache.org/struts/browse/WW-992.

A solution for this, which is to add a CheckboxInterceptor and edit the checkbox.ftl, was also mention in this forum:

It is also applicable to MRM-407.

I think it can be made to work, though - I've seen it. It required ensuring that it was set to the appropriate default value in the model (I think, false), and then setting the value it should be in the prepare() method of the action.

Perhaps we could look back at 0.9-alpha-2?
