Description

some ideas for things we'd like to know

  • uptime (possibly persisted so as to calculate average uptime)
  • duration of each discovery run to calculate the average time (possibly trending over time)
  • duration of each indexing run (as above)
  • duration of each reporting run (as above)
  • frequency of certain requests
  • analysis of any other services

It is also helpful to be able to monitor the running and queued background tasks (s.a. the repository scanning and indexing).
