NPanday (http://www.npanday.org/) declares a number of new artifact handlers that Maven can use as extensions to be able to deploy .NET artifacts into a repository.

This is a clone of MRM-1361. The patch was applied to 1.3.x branch, but the plugin still needs to be implemented in 1.4.
