project models are not automatically populated

I started archiva after removing all the metadata repository storage and with the creation consumer enabled. The repositories were scanned and the basic models filled in, however I found extended information (such as references to make usedBy work) had not been filled in. These were later added when visiting individual pages, but it needs to be done upfront.
