problem reports appear due to relative path for Archiva repository

Description

If the repository uses a relative path (./data/repositories/internal), then the artifact reporting will fail to find it and add a problem, even though these are known to be a valid configuration at the moment.

This is really more of a problem with the relative path - perhaps we should validate this configuration to be absolute in 1.4 and adjust if not.

I did some fixes relating to path.
Must be ok now.
