create-missing-checksums and metadata-updater sometimes causes deployments to fail for large projects when enabled

Description

Deployment of checksum and metadata files fails and an error 400 is returned. I reproduced this error when building the Archiva and Continuum sources and deploying them to a running Archiva instance.

The workaround is to disable both consumers.

Fixes committed to trunk -r 798059, 798060 and 798403 with the following changes:

  • move fixing of incorrect checksums to ArtifactMissingChecksumConsumer
  • fix/create checksums and update metadata in action class only if create-missing-checksum and metadata-updater consumers are not enabled
  • do not execute create-missing-checksum and metadata-updater consumers during webdav deployment since they will be deployed as well
