repository:bundle-create ignores -f directive (different pom.xml file)

~~MAVENUPLOAD-2738~~ details a case where the bundle creator attempted to make a bundle for JSR-330's TCK.

1) svn checkout http://atinject.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/ atinject-read-only
2) cd atinject-read-only
3) mvn repository:bundle-create -f tck-pom.xml

(example jar bundle's pom.xml)
