problem with scm url without username

Description

I have the following urls:

<connection>scm:cvs:ext:mgriffa@mazinger:/export/cvs:proyectos/Bancoval/transferval2/tfv-core</connection>
<developerConnection>scm:cvs:ext:mgriffa@mazinger:/export/cvs:proyectos/Bancoval/transferval2/tfv-core</developerConnection>

I had to add mgriffa@ in order to make it work, if I remove that an invalid scm url error I get (not obi wan, but neither english native)
