Description

Actually, if a property contains a SNAPSHOT verion but it isn't used in dependencies definitions because it's used elsewhere (for example, resources filtering), the pom is released with this SNAPSHOT value

not sure if we can do this reliably. Note there is a test in basic-pom to ensure that this doesn't happen at present.
