Description

If you run reactor:make, it will launch mvn with -r, using a specific set of include files. If you want to resume a reactor:make from the middle, you can't, even with -Dmake.goals=reactor:resume, because that would just run reactor:resume on every sub-project.

Instead, reactor:make should accept -Dfrom and -DfromArtifact just like reactor:resume.
