Under IBM JDK 1.3 the maximum number of generated pages is 32.

Description

Under IBM JDK 1.3 the maximum number of generated pages is 32. Page 33 and up are just copies of the xml-files.
This is probably a bug in Xerces, but I don't know how to reproduce it without Xdocs.

Reproducing is easy. Just create 33 identical xml-files and see that 1 of them is not compiled.
