Description

The following Mainfest-Attributes
Specification-Title, Specification-Version, Specification-Vendor, Implementation-Title, Implementation-Version, Implementation-Vendor
are currently generated in a section/"Per-Entry Attributes" with name "$

{pom.package}

".

The attributes should be part of the "Main Attributes" in the manifest and not part of a section/"Per-Entry Attributes"

The bug is in the file "plugin.jelly", a version with the fix is attacted ("fixed.plugin.jelly").
