This plugin has a dependency on Ant 1.6, perhaps should be upgraded to 1.6.1

I was about to do this, and realized that we are up to Ant 1.6.5.. is there any poilicy about ant? Is there a blessed version of Ant? Should I just make the change, seems small envough...
