The PMD Ant task does not specify the printToConsole attribute. It would be very nice to be able to print violations to the console instead of having to generate the entire site in order to see the violations in the report. I recommend adding the maven property named maven.pmd.printToConsole to support substitution for this in the plugin.jelly file.
