Some HTML in the .xml file do not translate to the PDF

Description

Our documentation makes use of tags like the following: <font color='red'>Foo</font>; however, in the PDF the text is not appearing in red. Also, the <samp> tag seems to be ignored as well. Finally, the 'style' attribute seems to be ignored altogether.

That's right. It's not (yet) implemented because it's very complicated to convert style settings in FO.

I have added <font> and <samp> support, style attributes are hopeless IMO.
