Linkcheck report not generated in multiproject build with navigation=aggregate

Description

This is not really a linkcheck issue but probably due to MAVEN-1638, I just file it here as this is where it manifests itself. The same thing happens with the pdf plugin btw, reports that run via a postgoal are not executed for the main project if navigation=aggregate, it works with navigation=independent.

  • Major - Major loss of function.
  • Closed - The issue is considered finished, the resolution is correct. Issues which are not closed can be reopened.
