JBuilder will not start up when plugin is installed and maven project is open

Description

If an Project is open that contains an project.xml JBuilder will not start. The Root coause of this is.

Caused by: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/commons/logging/LogFactory

If JBuilder is started. It also not possible to open a project that contaisn a project.xml

I tried to create a fix for this but was unable to get latest source code. I would be willing to help on this since Jbuilder is out main development ide.
