A property (maven.jar.manifest.specificationVersion ?) should be defined for the support of the specificationVerion entry in the manifest. Currently the setting of this manifest entry is commented-out in the plugin.jelly. This issue depends also on MPJAR-36, otherwise the entry cannot be read form the app.
