Description

Creating a website using an empty project results in a ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException.

Using the attached pom and command line below, triggers the error.

$ mvn -N clean site

Your attached POM doesn't contain a <version> element for the MPIR Plugin. Are you sure that you are using version 2.3.1?

Yes I'm sure, I deleted "~/.m2/repository/org/apache/maven/plugins/maven-project-info-reports-plugin/" and retried and only 2.3.1 existed.

I've just retested with a pom that defined version 2.3.1 and I get the same issue.
