[#MPDIST-11] Parent project is not included in distributions - jira.codehaus.org

I think that parent project.xml and project.properties should be merged with those from current project to be included in distribution

It's easier to distribute only one project.xml and project.properties

This issue is duplicated by:
MPDIST-23	<extends> dependency should be resoulved in dist:build-src
