Description
Our group has a 'standard' that all page numbers should be at the bottom (footer), but the pdf generated has them at the top.
How can this be customized for our 'standard'?
By the way, thank you for this plugin, it has already been very useful.

The position of page numbers is currently hard-coded in the FoSink, so it's not possible to configure it. This needs another Doxia release, see DOXIA-377.
