Checkstyle does not perform on all source directories when generating source files

Description

The plugin should use the maven.compile.src.set instead of pom.build.sourceDirectory

Please don't remove the source modification exclusion from this plugin as well.

The patch i submitted is copied from the javadoc plugin. It should handle sourceModifications, though i've tested it.
