Description

Currently, the Changelog plugin generates its log based on a date range (as a number of days). We would like to generate logs based on absolute dates or tags instead. These would be set in the project's properties based on the previous release of the artifact.

Attached a patch file containing the changes for this enhancement. The absolute date should work for all SCM providers; the tag only works for CVS.
