[#MPCASTOR-6] Add binding file option to source generation - jira.codehaus.org

Add a bindingfile attribute to the castor:generate tag.

This issue is duplicated by:
MPCASTOR-13	Implement the "bindingfile" attribute, exactly like the maven 2.0 castor plugin, to specify a castor binding file
