Description
Castor has moved to codehaus, and many deprecated methods have been removed. 0.9.5 generated code is not compatible with latests castor builds.
the pactch updates dependencies and use the SourceGeneratorMain class (SourceGenerator is deprecated)

Hi Nico,
I suppose you are aware that the m1 castor plugin has been deprecated for a while, it's been in the sandbox since m11-beta-3, and that development of maven 1 is generally stalled now. I am just wondering if people are still using this plugin and whether it's working actually, in which case I would be willing to apply some patches in the sandbox. Otherwise I don't see the point.
