Description

running the bootstrap on the 1.0 fails because of this, so it has been excluded. If it is a RC2 refactoring specific issue, please let me know.

You're right it is failing. I haven't been able to make it work yet. I'll reinclude it in the bootstrap once the test executes fine. Thanks.
