The Maven site itself needs a new JIRA project to capture problems, needs, and tasks related to Maven site improvment.
Hmmm, group_id, artifact_id and version. Left 'em blank.

I don't want to do this until we have clearly separated the documentation (distributed with Mavne, part of Maven's SVN and the MNG JIRA project) and the site.

this is pretty separate now, but the doc categories in MNG are doing a good job. I think separating it to a new project might confuse users. Right now, site = documentation.

Something called Maven Project Website might be less confusing to users. I think we need a place to capture usability issues with the site.
