Description

  1. Separate the design documents from the Taxonomy
  2. Separate out other documents like "How to Help" and our dev processes
  3. Align Wiki to Taxonomy, the start being the actual home page of the Maven space
  4. Document structure and document progression (to site, etc) for future reference and consistency checking
