Description

The attached patch creates chunked HTML output from DocBook source files. Each set of chunks has an unique file name suffix, so there is no need putting every document in a separate subfolder.

It looks like there is still one issue with this patch, output files are created in the wrong folder.

Finally, I managed to add the two missing lines to the patch. The chunked output is now written to the target directory, not somewhere below the working directory.
