Description

Although it was fixed in MNG-3224, the currently deployed version of the plugin-metadata schema still contains an incorrect target namespace.

The correct version of the schema is currently hosted here:
http://maven.apache.org/plugin-tools/maven-plugin-tools-model/plugin-metadata-1.0.0.xsd

Please copy it to here and replace the erroneous schema file:
http://maven.apache.org/xsd/plugin-metadata-1.0.0.xsd
