so that one can change this on the per-project level, but also set the default for whole workspace.
Tomasz, can you please elaborate how you think it should work? Please describe scenarios when setting is specified on the project level and user change global setting.
Please also note that you can specify if dependencies should be resolved from workspace or not in the Advanced section on all Maven project import wizards.
Keep in mind that when workspace dependency resolution flag is changed, we have to re-resolve dependencies on all related projects because of the transitive dependencies.
