Description

The method LegacyRepositorySystem#injectProxy(List<ArtifactRepository>, List<Proxy>) doesn't evaluate non-proxy host settings.

Effect: When using this mehtod, each repository will be configured with a proxy, even if the related host is excluded via the <nonProxyHosts /> tag in the settings.xml.
