Maven 3 user directory is .m2 (be .mvn or something else?)

Description

With the removal of m2.bat from Maven 2.1, it's probably time to rename the home directory (.m2) too in Maven 3. If mvn.bat was favored in the former case, I think likewise the user directory should be .mvn
