Create IT to check for support of HTTP redirects

Description

The wagon TCK created by John shows that the Jetty wagon does currently not follow HTTP redirects, unlike the HTTP wagon in use by Maven 2.x. We also have no core IT right now that covers this despite HTTP being the major transport protocol.
