Upgraded existing plugin entries in the superPOM:

  • maven-plugin-plugin: 2.4.1 to 2.4.2
  • maven-surefire-plugin: 2.4.2 to 2.4.3
  • maven-site-plugin: 2.0-beta-6 to 2.0-beta-7

Should the maven-shade-plugin get a standard version? It sounds reasonable, imo, based on how critical it is to Maven itself.
