Pushing to 2.0.11 so we can have a smaller set of high-value issues to target for the next release (2.0.10).

Consolidating to 2.1.0-M1 so we can then rename to 2.1.0. We can weed out any issues we want to push to a later release from this set once we've done the consolidation.

I believe we should target Doxia 1.0 at 2.1.0

I have updated the 2.0.x and 2.1.x branches to Doxia 1.0 now.

Brett, why can't we use Doxia 1.1 in Maven 2.1.0?

Dennis - my mistake. Testing so far has shown 1.1 to be working if it is placed in the core, both with old and new versions of the site.

Doxia 1.1 is released and included in 2.1 branch
