Description

There are some message files hanging around in maven-core that miss a german edition.

However, I wonder whether these files are actually really used. I searched my working copy and couldn't find any references to a key from the bundle or the bundle name itself. If this is really unused stuff from ancient times, it should better be completely deleted.

Dennis will release l10n-maven-plugin soon and I plan to use it in core/plugins.

Sure, applied in r727998, r727999 and r728001, respectively.

Still, can anybody point at code that actually uses these properties?
